This is a great site ..Many thanks to Manchester Vacs for running it... seems that DYSON have lost out withdrawing their support?

Hi, part way through a bearing replacement, following the excellent guide on the site. However, the drum securing nut is a problem, a few large hits with a club hammer and bolster have resulted in nothing but damage to the nut. I know Richard has manufactured a tool to remove it, but he hasn't been on the site for a while. Is there another way of removing it using an adapted tool or if anyone can loan me a suitable tool. Many thanks.
