Sticker says

With a Chippenham address

What does the serial number decode to (manufacture date etc)
Is this a paticualy old or desirable machine or should I just use as intended?

DA001s yes are sought after to the right people.

They aint worth mega mega money, not like a block of gold, but they are worth more than a bog standard dc01.

There's some background on this topic.

Chippenham is earlier than Malmsbury, but not especially rare. Bath is the rare one. However, none of them are worth much nowadays, rarity doesn't equal value in this case.

We sold a perfect refurbished one (>>topic here<<) last year and it did nothing, well under £100.
