DC28 Clogging Issues
« on: January 01, 2012, 12:01:26 am »
My Wife after a few months of use has complained of the DC28 not picking up things.  It seems that there is some type of clogging issue, and we have cleaned the filters properly, removed hair from the bottom piece with the brushes, but yet when we begin to vacuum, after about 2 minutes, it stops suction.
Any suggestions?   I wanted to remove the hose, but can't figure out how to remove it correctly

Thanks all and Happy New Year!!!!

If someone answers this question I'd love to know the answer!  Having the same problem and haven't been able to fix it...ready to toss this thing!

Have you checked the internal hose is connected properly and not blocked?
