My Dyson flicks bits behind it!
« on: February 11, 2012, 12:58:54 pm »
My DC07 has always been fantastic but recently it's started to flick bits behind it instead of sucking them up.  The suction up the hose is as good as ever.  Sometimes, I think it's picked something up then a few seconds later kit's dropped it on the floor again   :'(  What's happening?  I'm guessing it's lost suction somewhere along the line but where?  And what do I do about it, please?  I'm only a girlie and not too technical, so easy explanations, please   ;)  Thank you for any help.

Oh, I've fixed it!!!  I turned it upside down, removed the bottom plate thingy and there was a piece of cardboard half up the hose   :o  No wonder the poor thing was struggling   :'(  Oh how I love Mr Dyson, though.  He made everything so easy to fix
