DC24 Brushbar Problem
« on: March 02, 2012, 06:54:57 pm »
Hi,

There was an old post on this topic (I've copied the subject from that thread) and I think I may have the same problem.  There is no suction from the bottom and the brush bar isn't turning, although there is good suction from the hose/wand.

Is this a case of a new motor needed?

Thanks.

Have you pressed the red reset button on the cleanerhead?

I can't find a reset button and it doesn't appear anywhere in the manual.  Any chance of a picture?  I'm not even sure what the "cleanerhead" is.
