dc24 brushbar not working

ok here we go again
my second dc24 (used upstairs) brushbar has stopped working. ive tried the reset many many times i have even tried the head assy from my other dc24 but still no joy. could this be a switch problem?.
any help would be fantastic.thankyou bob

found it it is the little switch inside the body

i do mean the microswitch yes sorry head a little fried. never come across this problem before.
