DCO5 Wont start

I tried pressing start button on wheel,but nothing is happening,
I checked with voltage indicator power is getting to switch but without stripping everything down
is there anything I can do?

Has the motor blown?
If there is power to the switch, then it has to be the motor or the power cable between switch and motor-more likely to be a blown motor.

Assuming power is also leaving the switch, I agree.
