hi all i have changed 2 dc27 motors now both of them the same .
i change 07 14 no problem i have a problem getting the clear bottom off, is there a knack to remove
i am scarred to break it it just does not clip off like the rest ,i have doen the others with it on its fiddley but can be done ,i do remove the brush bar and sole plate any thought

Yes, you must remove the brush bar and housing.

They are very fiddly to do I recall (I have only done a few), and I don't have one here right now to jog my memory.

I remember I just undid every screw I could find to strip it down and did some trial and error.

I don't look forward to doing them though.
