Hi there everyone,
I'm Sarah from NZ. I currently have a DC23 and 3 (yes 3!) non functional turbo heads. Is this a record? I've acquired them in less than 2.5 yrs with virtually no effort except using my DC23 on a nylon carpet with added dog hair. I know nylon carpet is a bit of a fashion faux par and creates static build up but I wasn't expecting it to play havoc with my Dyson as well.
So, my question is, does anyone have any idea why my turbo heads keep going west? Is there anything I can do to prolong the life of yet another new one? Hubbie has butchered the first two deceased 'carcasses' and the fans seem fine in both so it doesn't seem to be fan failure.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm getting rather peeved now!
Many thanks
Sarah
