We are also contemplating not selling ball machines pretty soon. They cost so much to get right, profit is not much more than a standard upright, but its way more money sitting on the floor having ten of those sat there.
We have to pay maybe four times more for a semi-scrap 24/25 than we do for a 4/7. Madness really. So many need cleaner heads and more and more need new motors, If one needs both, that's the profit gone on that one...
Tools, filters and bits are way more expensive too. Even after-market.
