AMO4 HEATER vs. AIR MULTIPLIER

I would like to buy one of these so have to choose - which one would be better for me?
Is AMO4 going to be as effective when cooling down the room as pedestal multiplier is? Which one is noisier when working as a fan at night? The only weak side of AMO4 for me is that it is rather short, it has to be put on something, doesn't it?
What can anyone say about AMO1 table fan ( the biggest one)? I think it is going to be less effective in the term of cooling down the whole room, am I right?

I don't think it will actually cool a room noticeably as the airflow isn't so much.
