Our DC25 decided to take a tumble down some stairs the other day. Now the rollerbrush won't engage, when I press the rollerbrush button the roller engages then stops. I've checked the roller it turns freely. Any ideas what the fault could be?
Thanks

Do you know anyone else with a DC25 that you could try your cleaner head on?
That would isolate the fault to the head or the main machine.
