Title: DC25 not switching between wand and brush bar

Hi there. recently acquired a Dyson DC25 which has now been fixed and works like a charm albeit, when lifting the wand out, the switch that moves the suction from the brush bar head to the wand does not flip over automatically and requires a nudge before it switches. Is this a case of applying some lubricant, or is there something more to it than that.

A bit of silicone spray or similar should do the trick, make sure the slides are clean and not gummed up.

The spring & changeover flap sometimes get misaligned.
