Right, got it brand new and the boost lowers the head very little. It does make a slight difference but hardly any at all. anyone reckon it's faulty or is that how they're supposed to be? :'(

Are the lights working properly? It shows it going down?
What type of carpet?
-
It does it on any type of carpet (Tried it on thick saxony, thin flat rugs, medium pile, flattened loop pile, etc)
The green light comes on when I press the boost button
It goes up and down as normal, down further when boost is pressed too

Sounds like it is doing what it is supposed to do to me.
Boost button on> it lights up green> downward arrow also lights up> downward arrow goes out when Boost height is reached.

Ahh okay, just had a feeling it was faulty
Thank you ;)

Sebos are all tested in the factory in Germany before packing. It would be very unusual to get one faulty out of the box.
Its not Vax y'know. :chuckle:

That's quite true :))
