Title: DC24 and DC25 Blueprint

I was doing some searching online on the DC25 when I came across this awesome DC24 & DC25 blueprint.
I can't seem to find out to much about them other than being around the 2010 mark and the fact they were a limited edition.
Also the other part is,I now really really want one of each.
So what I'd like to know is.
Where they made only for certain countries?
How many were made?
and how the heck I can find any?
Just added these pictures for reference unfortunately not in my collection.

Here they are called the Drawing. A special edition they did. We have both the DC24 and DC25 one in our museum.

They do pop up but not so often in decent condition.

So were they only released in the UK and the USA?
As that's about all the info I can find out about them.
Does anyone know how many were made?
