Dyson have sued Gtech and Nick Grey over misleading advertising claims.
Claims like: The "Gtech Pro cordless" vacuum cleaner cleaned “15 times longer” than Dyson’s V8
Dyson said that Gtech’s claims were “untrue and misleading”.
