Title: Dating a Hoover Ratings Sticker?

Hi All,

I’m curious to know how you go about dating this ratings sticker as it’s in a bit of a different format to my Turbopower 2… am I correct in thinking it’s from the 46th week of 96?  ;)

Sounds about right, candy changed the ratings plates in the mid 90s which makes it trickier, but 1996 sounds right for a tp2
