My wife has a beachside holiday apartment in Majorca. Various vacuum cleaners have given up the ghost over the years, the most recent being a Bosch GL-30, probably a combination of the extremely fine sand and visitors/cleaners not being very careful cleaning or replacing filters etc. Can you recommend a vacuum cleaner that needs only basic care between our thrice yearly visits and can cope with the fine sand that is almost like large dust particles. Some days are very windy and the sand is carried into the apartment on the wind. We did wonder about a Henry, but not sure they are sold in Majorca. Do you deliver to Spain? If so, how much does it cost? Thanks.

You definitely need a bagged machine. A Henry type thing would seem a logical choice if Spanish cleaners are using it.
Have a look at >>these ones that we sell<< (https://shop.manchestervacs.co.uk/buy-reconditioned-dysons-online/trade-tub-vacuum-cleaner). Same as a Henry (same bags, fittings, tools, etc) but made by someone else. Butlins use those for chalet cleaning at Minehead. Not much to go wrong with them.
I'll ask Claire from our shop email you on your forum email address with an all-inclusive price with some bags delivered to Majorca.

Thanks. That looks very interesting. It would be useful to have it supplied with a European plug, but not really a problem if not. I look forward to receiving the email you mention. :-)

OK - will do. Strange, as your emails advising me of forum posts are arriving OK.
