Title: Is DC31 Animal Brushbar/Motorhead compatible with standard DC31?

I have a DC31 and would like to convert it to a DC31 Animal by adding the brushbar and motorhead, is this possible?

From one I saw, doesnt the motorhead have a set of plug in terminals that the non motorhead doesnt have? That would mean they are incompatible.

Yes it would appear so.  The DC31 animal has a canister that has a wire that runs around it, it looks like you would need quite a few parts to make it work.
