Sebo Vacuum Cleaners / Re: SEBO X1.1 - Issues with auto height adjust on carpet
« Last post by orion83 on Today at 10:19:25 am »Hi
Thanks for getting back to me. I'll be honest after no-one repsonded after the first couple of weeks, I thought it was very much a case of no-one knew what else to suggest.
Since posting that though, after using my X1.1 a few more times, it now appears to be fine, and I'm wondering if there could have been an element of user error.
Our carpet is a reasonably deep pile, however, the high traffic areas are starting to get a little compressed and, on reflection, it was those areas it appeared to be struggling with to properly 'comb' the pile. I think it was a case of the self height adjust wasn't quick enough to adjust itself as the vaccum changed from unworn pile to the more worn pile if you get me, which was previously being made worse by the worn brush roller. The new brush roller and slowing down a bit has solved ther issue.
Hopefully onto another 13 years of fault free vacuuming
