Today I decided to take a plunder at registering my DC39 For fun on Dysons website. I found out it was a DC39 (2015) On the description the seller did say he only used it for 6 months
I proceeded to register it which went through looks like it registered To myself till 2021 I've asked Dyson to confirm this but I'm pretty happy if this machine Has the full warranty on it I've also asked what the warranty covers
Pretty happy £45 well spent considering it's £229 BNIB 😏

Just like my DC33, but that only cost me £22 and I got a new motor, hose, wheels and seal out of dyson for that :king:

Do they ask for The old parts back? I'm missing quite alot of the tools
The turbine I'd love lol
My crevice brush is very worn and the canister is dull looking if I could get them exchanged be great LMAO 😂

Dyson told me that tools aren't covered unless they are damaged sadly
And as for the bin I go a new one cos the bin seal was leaking lots of dirt and grit
and the cyclone seal was ttypically wearing out

Tools are not covered unless faulty, can't see them replacing the bin because it's dull. If you clean the bin and give it a polish it will look fine.

Haha ok thanks guys was worth a ask at least if
Something electrical on it packs up guess I'm covered then :))

When I had my DC35 handheld before I upgraded to the DC44 digital slim
The electric brush bar started to smoke I phoned Dyson up and told them it was smoking and they sent out a new one FOC on guarantee and didn't want the other one back

Dyson got back to me about the warranty cos the machine is a 2015
Machine it was bought around July that year and so the warranty is only
Available till 2020 but as I'm not the original owner with the receipt if it breaks
It will only get good will assistance...
I don't think it will fudge up I've got all you guys here to help me out if it does!
