Dyson DC17 (USA)

1. How does the upright micro-switch sit inside LMC Motor housing? I want to replace the switch, but I need a picture to show the position and location inside the motor housing.. Cheap help took it apart and now I need to put it back together >:( the exploded diagram does not show the exact location and orientation.

Thanks!

Manolo

I figure it out.. I don't need any help for right now.. The upright micro switch gets inserted into a cavity of the lower motor housing cover and onto the side of the plastic actuator. the wires are tucked into the routing slots, which hold the wires in place.

Correction: upper housing cavity since you will be working with the pre-filter cover sitting on top of the table and the hose/arm hanging down towards the floor. The pre-filter cover is flat and therefore is stable when working on this area.
