Well, we think its the first one anyway.....

We got a used aluminium bodied AB01 machine that had some cosmetic damage to the case and a blown motor. We had a motor in stock, but the cosmetic damage was more challenging. Dyson are very shy about supplying parts for Airblades, and much seems to be on permanent backorder anyway - so a new case was out of the question.
In the end, we decided to strip it completely down and we had the outer case stove enamelled.
We chose black, first because we are not aware that a black one exists anywhere, and second because as many people have black kitchens/bathrooms, someone might fancy one.
