I have a problem with my vacuum cleaner, there is a whistle, here the video:
This sound appeared after the replacement of the engine and hepa filter, any idea what can be wrong ?

Have you fitted the rubber seals correctly on the HEPA filter
-
Hi, it is only one possibility to fit this filter
-
If you take the filter out and there's no noise then it's the seals 99% of the time
-
heh yes no noise...so a new filter can be damaged?

Sometimes when buying a new hepa filter you have to swap the seals with either your old one if non supplied, or they will supply seals, most likely you need to make sure seals are present and are sealing okay.
