F13 is heater or thermistor fault, i.e the heating element is faulty or the thermistor is not sensing the heat.

Hi
Thanks
When I stripped the machine down I found the neutral wire from the element was melted Along with the terminal. Also the terminal corroded.

What would cause this??

Terminals some times burn if the wire is not secure when it is crimped, through time the heat going through the connection causes it to burn off, have you remade the connection with a new crimp?

Yeah
I've striped the wire back and put new wire the same gauge with a new crimp on the end and the machine Seems to be ok now but I am running it with the front off as I had a leak which turned out to be coming for the drum drain to the coin trap. Which I have cleaned up and resecured with two cable times instead of one.

That is good news that you have got it working again, these machines are a bit thin on the ground now.
