Hey guys hope your all well, got my first dc01 de Stijl yesterday. The base, spine and wand are all good, oh and the motor looks to be pretty good aswell.

I need a cyclone with no cracks or major scratching and also a red sole plate.

Hope someone can help me, got the bin catch off ebay tonight for 3.50 which was quite lucky :)

Here are a few photos of the machine, I completely stripped it down last night. Let it all dry and reassembled this morning. Motor runs brilliantly. :)

Good evening all, I have managed to get a cyclone tonight off ebay, also a de Stijl brush tool so then it has a full set of tools. Got the bin latch coming also hepa, pre filter and a few spare belts. Still need a red sole plate but that can wait because I don't plan to use the machine anyway. It's for my collection :)

I haven't a swiveling soleplate, but I think I have the base plate it attaches to I saw in one of our boxes?

Thanks mvac's but I think I may have a sole plate sorted, got my cyclone and bin scotch today, waiting for brush tools and service kit. Roll belts pre and post hepa then it will be near enough finished :)

Was that a Purple U1436 Hoover Turbopower Junior I saw in one of those pics? If so then nie machine! I have one myself. Better than that dyson rubbish
