Had a play with my DC02 today!
« on: April 10, 2014, 12:36:13 AM »
A mate found this in his communal bins back in January and put it in his car for me

I turned it on when I got it, then we moved and it's been sat in the garage without me paying it much attention.

I bought it and 3 others home today, and took the filters out (and binned them) and had a quick play. Ran it round downstairs and it works very well on the laminate, and cleaned the bag out on my Hoover 912A.

Small tools are mint. body is slightly faded but I'm keeping it for now!

It's sat in the loft with everything else awaiting a refurb!

OMG whoch! January?! Felt like you got it 2 weeks ago :P
DC14s are tanks, just need a slightly longer motor life. Do plastic parts often break on DC14s? Nope. DC41- Sexy looking futuristic and powerful machine. Just needs a better designed cleaner head wheel and cyclone clip along with a dense metal rod in the chassis.
