« on: August 19, 2014, 12:32:12 PM »

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help... I need to replace the lower duct hose on my DC24 Ball as its worn and split... does anyone know what you have to unscrew to change the part.

Many thanks

No unscrewing necessary. If you recline the machine, then use a small flat headed screwdriver to gently prise off the old hose from both ends.

It's then just a case of pushing on both ends of the new hose until they sit nicely in the recesses - make sure it's in all the way round (especially at the back) otherwise it will have a tendency to pop off.
