Well this could be fun,  I've just stolen this!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222010598787

A Sebo x1 in all but name,  should make for a fun refurb,  providing its not too shabby when I pick it up!  Still waiting for the seller to get back to me on when they want it gone by...

I am so jel right now!  :o lol jk
Really glad you won it at that awesome price! Would love to own one of these Ensigns or Sebo's (never used one, all I did was see them lol)
Enjoy! Will you be making a thread by any chance?  ;D
DC14s are tanks, just need a slightly longer motor life. Do plastic parts often break on DC14s? Nope. DC41- Sexy looking futuristic and powerful machine. Just needs a better designed cleaner head wheel and cyclone clip along with a dense metal rod in the chassis.

Yep, I want to do a full refurb on it! Always regretted not doing one on my X1.1, always been interested on how Sebo machines work!

Not heard back from the seller RE collection yet though

I'm looking forward to it, might even jump it up the refurb queue!

I agree, very, very cheap! Sounds like a classic case of the seller doesn't know what he has! Need to tell Amy still, might leave that until later tonight, it's her birthday today, will wait for her to have some wine...

Saturday at 10am is pickup, only 13 miles away, I did have a horrible thought that it would be the wrong side of Biscester, but nope, luckily it's in a village this side!

Really? I think not,  of spare parts if it does turn out to be knackered,  Id offer it to mvacs for 20 as the easy way out so they can break it for spares!

Chuck it away... honestly!
