The DC05 Wand problem - any fixes?
« on: May 04, 2016, 06:58:16 PM »
I find myself with a DC05 with a broken wand end, and have just been offered another one with the same issue. New wands are , but are there any other ways?

I've seen this before

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DYSON-DC05-WAND-REPAIR-KIT-EXTENSION-TUBE-/191853666578?hash=item2cab5ea112:m:mdyvv03wiw2SU_2rSf_ZcUQ

but again, 10 is quite costly for what it is, but are there any other methods available short of scrapping the whole machine?
