Tell you what.. Polish the bin (either spray hairspray evenly in the bin and let it dry, or just WD40 is lightly and then hand buff with a microfibre cloth and the bin will look newish.
As for the rest of the vacuum just use whatever polish makes the plastic shiny and put the tools in front of the vacuu to show the customer the extras they will receive and make the title like "Dyson DC40 Multi Floor + Tools+ X year guarantee - VERY clean" and make sure you take a lot of pics, including underneath as customers like to see how worn the bristles are if it's a used vacuum and how clean everything is basically. I take my pics outside for the best lighting and that's how I make the pics eye catching
