In reply to Dyson fans I still rate the non clutch DC07 as the best carpet cleaning model they ever produced, although I will agree the DC14 is lighter and more user friendly. Cheers grahamwin

Me too, except IMO the DC41 mk2/DC55 cleans WAYYY better along with the light ball
