Hi
Not entirely sure which part you are referring to here.
Will try to help - Any chance of an alternative explanation or a photo ?

Ah righty ho.

Funnily enough i have never replace one myself !
But, having a look at the diagram just treat it as a yoke cable replacement as it's the same procedure to remove the yoke assy.
Basically remove ball casing, side cover - screws from rhs motor side - 1 from lhs, dis cables and lever motor bucket and yoke assy out.
Take photos / video if unsure. Can be a little daunting for the first time doing these, but be patient and take your time.

Or take a look at sams excellent stripdown here...

Ok, there is a chance that you can undo the screws and lever the motor bucket and yoke assy out half way to get access to that part - saving a bigger disassembly, judge it accordingly and let us know how you get on.

Iíve tried but lost my bottle when I saw all the wires inside and worried I might snap one or not put them back correctly. Iím not sure on the video at which bit exactly I have to disassemble, maybe I donít have to do all the wires and stuff.

Maybe if I can lever it out like you said it will be easier, it looks like thereís a little spring in the side.

It's a pretty straightfoward job - 3 screws.

Undo the top two screws on the yoke and there's a third on the side - remove the lower duct hose for easier access.

Lift it out and replace

No sorry i don't have a 25.
Next time i get one in i will do a vid on it as it's a repetitive thread starter.
It isn't as difficult as it looks, just take photo's of each part you disassemble.

The main ball and suction yolk has to come out as said. The actual arm sits on a plastic peg which acts as the pivot, and it's this you won't clear.

Enjoy the wiring if you've not done it before... take LOTS of pictures for refrence as it all has to be channeled back in correctly or it'll never go back together right.

Did it.......ignored all the wiring bits and did the two screws on top of the ball thing, then removed lower hose and removed that screw then managed to wiggle it into place. All thanks to your comments thank you guys so much.
