V11 pulses even after complete strip-down and clean
« on: December 21, 2022, 06:36:31 AM »
Hi,

I have a V11 which has started pulsing on the med and eco settings, which I understand is normally a sign of restricted airflow/blockage. (No pulsing on the boost setting).

I stripped it down completely, cleaned everything, re-assembled, fitted a new filter, and still it pulses. I am absolutely certain there is no blockage.

The cyclone motor even pulses when its completely stripped down (ie only the electric motor, plus filter, plus battery). I suspect a faulty sensor......

Any ideas anyone?

Had this last week, I was of the same thought as you regarding the sensor.  Replaced the main body unit and it's running fine now.

Hi - when you say "the main body unit" - you mean the electric motor?
