I need a replacement DC56 dust bin (964217-01).

Turns out, sourcing this part new is impossible.

What other models dust bins are compatible with the DC56. For example, can I swap in a v8 dust bin?

I don't think I've ever seen one they are so rare here. Unless they are a foreign market only model.

I see you are in the US, there is a used one on US eBay in Georgia >here<.

A V8 one wouldn't fit that tool fitting.
