Hi all tony from cheshire ....i own a dc07 cluchless dc14 all floors and a dc25 ball overdrive-just a quick question about the dc 25 ball the hepa filter at the side keeps popping out when the power is on its the first time its been washed rang dyson up they will be sending me a new one out ...as this is the second time this as happened  :reading: :reading: :reading: :reading:

Welcome to the site Tony.  :tiphat:

Funnily enough, we sold a DC25 to a chap down south recently and he called up and said the HEPA filter kept popping out. We sent him another one and never heard anything else from him so I guess the replacement cured it.

The fact Dyson coughed one up so easily to you suggests this is a known issue.

Out of interest, which you do prefer? The DC14 or the DC25?

Hiya am going to say the ball every time cos it just get 's in places where the dc 14 can't i mean saying that i can go on and on but all am going to say im proud of my ball ....one hell of an  **invention dc 25 ball overdrive** review wise my opinion 10/10 :bow:
