Recently purchased new sole plate and cradle for dc01, ordered Monday delivered to London address Tuesday, sister posted to Australia, arrived today.Fits like new, Very happy.Coming to London in November, will order new brush and bumper, sister has two dc01s, one upstairs and one downstairs, know where to come for parts in future.Top jobThank you.

Just a note to say that Manchester Vacs are the Ronseal of the Vac world - They do exactly what it says on the website (tin).Having bought a brush motor as suggested on the website to resolve the problem on my DC24, the brush bar would still not revolve. I called them up and asked if I could bring the machine to the shop to try it with a new brush head assembly to localise the fault. No problem they said so off I I went. On arrival at the shop they swapped the brush head and all worked ok proving that the PCB had blown as well as the motor. Having travelled some distance to the shop I asked if they could fit the new PCB for me whilst I waited, no problem they said. Within 10 minutes the machine was fixed and I was only charged for the new PCB in addition to the motor; no labour charges because they wanted a happy customer. This is old fashioned customer service at its best. If you have a problem with your Dyson, call Manchester Vacs and you will not be disappointed.From a very happy customer.
Thank You Manchester Vacs, Items required all delivered in time. Everybody is very impressed with the repaired vacuum cleaner. Carpets now look as if they have been deep cleaned not just Dysoned. The suction on that machine is amazing. Very well done and many thanks.Regards Peter
