Sebo X1.1 intermittant cutting out
« on: November 25, 2019, 10:50:17 am »
Sadly, my trusty Sebo has developed a fault.  Although still in use, it intermittantly cuts out, not for a great length of time and then seems to right itself until of course the next time.  There are no blockages.  A new bag has been fitted and the roller brush was replaced about 2 years ago.  When the fault occurs, momentarily, the red bag full light along with the red roller brush light flashes on the vacuum, but this is the only malfunction/indication I can see.
Maybe 'she's' had enough and it's time for a replacement but any suggestions as to what could be happening would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

It needs to be checked over. That is quite likely to be one of the internal power boards.

If you're not local to us we offer a send in service you can read about here: Sebo Repairs. You'd only need to send the base unit and handle/flex in, the main body (with the bag in) you'd not need to send.
