5 Sebo BS46 to rebuild
« on: September 07, 2020, 06:15:19 pm »
Hello all

I have 5 Sebo BS46 in various states of condition and I would like to rebuild/restore them to fully functioning condition.

First I need to make sure I have all the parts, then  I thought about testing the motors etc.

Are there any manuals/instructions/ has anyone else done this before that could help me??

There are no online manuals, only resources such as this.

Ask if you get stuck.

Hi

Not sure where to start really, will probably just check all parts for breaks etc then go onto working parts.

A restoration video would be massively helpful, is there any such thing on here?

I am not aware anyone has done one. But they are the same as the BS36 in pretty much all but head width. There are two versions, the early one and a later one badged as a "Comfort".

Our spares page is here in case of need: Sebo BS36 BS46 BS360 Spare Parts.

Feel free to ask anything as you go, we'll help if we can.  :tiphat:
