Dc41 mk2 Problem standing up after int hose replace
« on: May 07, 2022, 10:18:26 am »
Hi.
Been a while since I was about , I have just replaced the internal hose on a Dc41 the one with the small Philips screw at the back.
Since changing the hose the machine will not stand fully upright without depressing rear wheel axle like a pedal.
Really stumped on this anyone she’d some light please .
I was wandering if it had anything to do with the small white toothed gear but I never removed it completely only slackened the retaining screw .

If the teeth on the gear have move then the assembly wont go back all the way, you'll have to loosen it and try to locate it back in the right place, or disassemble that area to reseat it properly.
