Hi all,

First post so excuse me if there's a billion goofs in this.

Retired and house fettling so heaps of plastering, painting, filler, and the resulting powdery crap. Result? One clagged up DC26.

Having stripped and cleaned it I've converted a (dropped and broken, some people shouldn't be allowed!) DC04 cyclone unit to be the collecter of grot.

The bigger unit is a boon, and the DC26 is a happy (and clean)bunny.

I've never seen anything like that before, but it'll save your DC26!

If I knew a simple way to clean plaster dust etc out of all the winkly places, I wouldn't have come up with this plan.
I've adapted another hose to link up to my B+D mouse sander so paint dust is also no longer a problem! Happy days  :)
