V6 Animal brush head motor seems stuck.
« on: April 03, 2023, 11:54:55 am »
Hi folks, I'm a newbie here and I'm stuck in an infuriating situation. A few days ago we noticed that the Cylindrical brush on our V6 Animal was not rotating so I undertook a complete strip down of the brush head. After cleaning it fully I attached the brush to the main body and gave it a try, the motor is getting power as each time I turn on the vacuum I can see the belt pulsing but it is refusing to turn. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is there likely to be a jam in the pulley that turns the brush or does this intdicate that the motor is kaput? Any advice welcome.
