Dyson joblots - machines and spares. DC01-ball models
« on: May 31, 2023, 10:01:40 pm »
Hi all,
As i'm no longer doing my younger side job of selling Dyson's and have now moved on to more car related selling and working to becoming an electrician I am selling ALL my Dyson's and spare parts. I have two seperate listings on eBay which i'll link below- one for mostly complete machines, one for boxes of spare parts. They are on a 7-day auction also with a B-I-N price. If your interested in buying do let me know on here and as long as theres no bids i'm happy to end the auction early to save on ebay's ridicuous fee's. I'm not that active anymore but i'll try to remember to log on at least once every night to check.

I have about 4 boxes worth of spare parts, plus more in the first listing, mosty DC04-14 spares athough theres odd bits from other models too. Its mostly made up of filter cases, motor housings, hoses, filters, odd clips bearings etc, clutch bits, brushrols and housings, solepates etc. Plus a few chassis, wands, cleaner heads and bins.

I also have a lot of 5 machines mostly complete, missing odd few bits:
DC01 De Stijl - Mostly complete with wand, cyclone, cleaner head etc. As far as I can remember the motor runs and the only bit missing is the switch, cable and switch cover.
DC01 Standard blue + grey - Compeltely untested. I bought this a few years ago to refurb and never actually touched the machine. AFAIK its complete, but I literally bought it and stored it and that was it, never even uwound the cable or touched it at all
DC40 purple - I replaced the motor in this a few years back. Complete and working as I used to use this machine other than I think the hose split so I ended up just storing it.
DC40 yellow - Another machine I bought and never really looked at. Judging by the stripped down bottom end probably had a blown motor I can't remember, or it might have been the cleaner head loom.
Small ball - another untested machine. IIRC it was working with low suction and cleared it out and gave it a brief test and it appeared fine, although again I can't say for definite.

Please note- this is a brief description of what I can vaugly remember, its been over 5 years since I touched these machines so I can't be 100%.

I may have a DC24 to add to the joblot of machines if I find it - don't ask how you can loose something as big as a vacuum cleaner- if you saw my storage area you'd understand  :))  Pretty sure its there and if so will be included, can't remember a single thing about this machine though.

Also upcoming in the future when I get the spare room cleared out I have a few DC14s in there. They seemed to be my most common model to get hold of and I believe I have about 3 or 4 stored in there when I find them out  :)) :))
