So that is telling you that there is no power to the head. Did you try swapping the other way: i.e. suspect head on known good body?
Then you need to check the DC output to the head terminals on the body with a multimeter. usually around 300V DC. If no power there, which seems to be the case, then it's either a broken loom, blown PCB, or faulty switch. Follow the wiring path back up and test the continuity at each stage.
