Sebo X4 slow to start

Have two X4s. One starts perfectly - flick the switch and instantly on. The other, once you flick the switch, it take a second or so for the motor to fire up. Works perfectly, but this can’t be healthy. Any ideas why? Many thanks!

Later ones have what is called a soft start PCB in. It is likely the one that starts slower is badged as Eco and the other not.
