Dyson DC04 - Noise like something jammed when I change carpet mode

I wasn't complaining about time on delivery...... The service was superb and the advice likewise.

I have nothing but praise for these peeps as they have helped me sort out my problem....

I watched a video on Youtube and then set about it......it was a doddle except for getting the yellow clutch cover off,,,that was a bit of a bas****...but I got there,,,,,,the new belt is obviously a lot tighter than the old one and it took a bit encouraging to come thru the baseplate gap..this I did with a normal cheap flat head screwdriver that I turned the head 90 degrees using a pair of pliers.....bobs yer uncle......
Mission accomplished....under half an hour......
